Dispenser works well except works best on a stand as the spout is very low. We put it on an inverted bucket. I like the shape and the fact that all the nipples can be removed and washed.

I've had enough of plastic dispensers and cheap plastic fittings. This container is old school, glass and metal! And unlike clear glass, it won't shatter when washed in warm, soapy water. Mine has been in daily use in the fridge for cold drinks on demand for over 2 years.

I like my dispenser. We use it to fill with filtered water to drink throughout the day. To get the water to flow, you need to open the lid. Our spigot handle just broke (made of plastic) so now I need to find a lead free steel spigot that will fit. I would like this company to have the opportunity to buy a steel or plastic pipe.
