I bought these after researching healthier headphone options but they don't fit my ears very well and it hurts to go and try to hold them to listen to music or to call someone. They are better for you, but please make them for everyone's ears!

I like it but the sound is not very good. I need to increase the volume on my phone significantly compared to my normal volume. I've had this for a few months now and so far I've started getting complaints from people I speak to that they hear metallic noises on the line. The noise goes away when I take off my headphones. For this reason I lowered my rating to 2 stars.

I have been using only air tube headphones with radiation protection for a number of years. This is the best sound quality I've found. I personally like the "wrap around ear" style, but they don't fit snugly around the ears and therefore fall off the ears easily. So four stars instead of five. But there are plastic caps you can buy to put on and hold your glasses that solved the problem.

I bought these in June 2019 and use them a few times a month and they are still intact, work great. I came here to buy another set thinking they had gone bad but before I bought I decided to try it in the phone to see if they work in it and they worked so says me that something is wrong with the laptop. Either way you love these and the case they give you with the extra earbuds is nice. If you're lucky enough to snag a flawless set, they're quality headphones. Worth a try!

So I rate the sound 5 out of 5, noise cancellation - 5 out of 5, volume control - 5 out of 5, but unfortunately my overall rating, is 2 because the loop is over my ear - BAD DESIGN. NO MATTER WHAT I DO WITH THE LOOP OR SWAP THE HEADPHONE, THESE HEADPHONES FALL OUT FOR A FEW MINUTES WITH VERY SLIGHT MOVEMENT EVERY TIME. YOU REALLY FALL OUT OF WHAT I CHEW GUM. Overall I'm giving them a 2 for not being able to use them which is disappointing as I really like the concept and sound quality.

I would rate these headphones a 5 if the plastic tubing evaporated in a reasonable amount of time, but the foul smell is still noticeable when I wear them, which is less than I want to use them because of the smell. I feel like I've traded chemical safety for radiation protection. Radiation protection is important to me, so I didn't send the headphones back. After trimming the lower tubes to my ears they fit well when seated. They don't hold up lying in bed either. At first the sound was good but somehow water got into the pipes and it blocked the sound. Now I've cleaned one tube and it's at normal volume, but I can't clean the other ear. Too bad there was no way to blow the pipes dry. Now I hang them upside down when not in use. Update: I'm getting a second set to keep at work. I use it every day for video conferencing and the sound quality is great, people can hear me very clearly. Sometimes those who are in the neighboring office take part in the conference with their speakers, I myself hear how clearly this is.
