This mat is not very thick. It's more like a fluffy blanket. I ended up buying my daughter a regular rug to put under hers because I was concerned about her comfort in preschool. Machine washable and dryer friendly, rolls up and zips for easy portability.

My grandkids love these mats I bought them for their night beds. They'd rather build fortresses out of them than use them on their beds. In any case, when they get tired, they just lie down on it and fall asleep. They're more expensive than I think they should be, but they work well.

Be careful. This is NOT a full size baby blanket. This is a child size and ordinary covers will not fit, they will be too big. This is my first time buying a baby blanket and I didn't know what I was looking for but not all are the same.

I needed a lounger mat for my daughter to take to daycare. We originally ordered a 1" mat but it felt too thin for me so I returned it and ordered a 2" mat which is the perfect thickness for a comfortable night's sleep. Many others at the nursery use the same mat. The staff recommended this rug.

Bought for my son to use in preschool. That's great! He loves that feeling. I bought him because he gets sick so easily. They provide mats but I wanted to take some extra precautions to try and prevent the spread of the disease. So far, so good. I think this carpet should be a little different than the ones at school. Excellent purchase!
