The item I received looked like a return and rework or hasty assembly and passed quality control. The chains were put on in the wrong order, or the chain link was in the wrong order, the rings weren't closed properly, and I had to remake each chain so it lay flat. I didn't expect to do that much work on the piece, but after making it the way it had to be, it was what I was looking for.

Great jewellery! I used it for my Drossmeyer costume and it kept my jacket closed for three shows. It can be a little big and clunky for everyday wear, but it works well when I'm out on the ice.

If you can untangle this item, thanks. I don't have to sit here trying to unravel this brand new thing, I'm asking for a refund.

Bought for my husband on his wedding anniversary. He untied the chains for about an hour. I was very very disappointed. When I pay money for something, whether it's $1 or $100. I expect to get what I paid for.
