Excellent customer service

I bought two of these kiosks and had an issue with the key getting stuck in the lock. I contacted the company for a product number for the lock and they sent me new locks/keys no questions asked! They responded quickly and solved the problem. The stand itself is sturdy and holds the tablet securely. You can change the angle at which the tablet is viewed, which is great!
