👜 Kipling Alenya Crossbody Bag: Stylish and Functional Carryall for Everyday Essentials Review

This is my second bag of this style. I love the shoulder/cross strap which is easily adjustable on the fly. Lightweight, but holds a lot. Love the outside pockets on either end for keys and phone. Already had royal blue and was now black. Highly recommended!

This bag works well - especially for travel. External end pockets are perfect for carrying a water bottle. The size of the bag is perfect - not too big and not too small. The only feature the bag lacks is a zip pocket on the back of the wallet.

This bag has a very simple construction and as I haven't read the organizational details I miss the function of the back pocket. When the bag contains everyday items, it stands up a bit and the multicolored design is very chic. I'm leaving this because I think it will be strong, but my favorite style for structure is "Bailey". I have three Baileys.

The bag did not meet Kipling standard, may be a fake, thin material, slightly faded colour, without Kipling's signature monkey. It's ok to use, just poor, sticky quality. Because of all the hassles and costs of importing from the US to Europe, it's not worth sending back. The bag fits but the low quality is disappointing given the brand and price.

The color in the product photo doesn't match this beautiful bag at all - it's not a dark pink but a beautiful dark plum purple (which is logical given the name of the color of the product). I love it. I took a risk with the color because I liked what I saw in the photo, but this is MUCH better. This is my favorite color. And I like the bag. It's big enough for travel (Mayan temple excursions as usual) without being too wide or bulky and holds 2 water bottles which is a must for me! Thank you!

My new favorite Kipling design. Great everyday bag. I really like the front and rear pickets. Can be easily placed in a water bottle or small hydro flask. You can also fold your reusable shopping bag which you now need for your own shopping in stores that no longer provide you with plastic bag. Not too big and not too small. I have about twenty Kipling bags and pouches of various sizes. So well done but simple.
