I am very satisfied and happy! I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and she loves its color and the quality is excellent.

This is a large backpack. When the backpack is full, the back straps are useless as they are not padded. The back straps do not match the shoulders. I donated a backpack.

It is not turquoise as shown, it is green and not like the pictures. delivery delay. I ordered this for my niece's birthday who's favorite color is turquoise and I have absolutely no time to return it. upset

Fits perfectly but inner compartments were too small for wallet and phone. Also, instead of a zippered compartment under the flap, there was a drawstring that did not close and changed the size of the backpack. Disappointing product from Kipling - I returned it

Kipling will not disappoint. It's really strong yet lightweight. I have used backpacks from Herschel, Converse, Fjallraven, Jansport, Dakine etc in the past but this one was the best for me. One downside is that it's a bit small. I would have liked the side pockets to be a little more spacious. Besides, I love it. I still have the backpacks above, but I only use this one.

Received this bag in pink and I love it. It's very spacious. As I no longer need a full diaper bag but still need extra clothes and wipes this bag is the perfect size to toss with my In a Pikle bag and there is still room for a spare bag. I like Kipling because bags seem to last forever. My husband still has a Kipling bag that he has used for the gym since high school. (We're old enough now, we might finish a few times.) The zipper is nice and smooth and the perfect size that I needed.

This is an amazing bag! I bought this bag from Blueberry Pie. Beautiful deep blue. This is the US version of City Pack B (same bag). So far I use it as a handbag and alternately as a tissue bag for my 2 year old twins and my two older kids for their tech gear when we go to Hershey. Parking and it works great.
