I was very happy to find such a great deal of makeup remover wipes and this deal was recommended to me by a youtuber I'm watching. Unfortunately, my sensitive skin hates these wipes. I've tried using them several times and always ended up with burning red skin. If I use them more than 2 days in a row my skin breaks out. I'm sure they work for people with normal skin (although a little dry) but I have very sensitive skin as I use a prescription retina acne cream. I will give them to my friends.

Let me start by saying this is a really great price! And if my skin wasn't so sensitive, they would be amazing. They remove my makeup without rubbing and washing, even my waterproof mascara! I usually love them, they are made with micellar water, very gentle for my sensitive skin etc. I buy them regularly. However, the last box they sent me was in a different packaging with different ingredients and more. Including coconut oil that clogs pores. I sent it back, noting that it was the wrong one, and just got the wrong one AGAIN. How can I contact someone to get the correct version?
