The tie fitted perfectly, the color was beautiful and the gold had a shimmering effect. Great tie for everyday wear. However, the gift box arrived crooked and crumpled. It was so bad I couldn't bend it anymore and had to throw the packaging away. Although the tie wasn't damaged, I was disappointed that I couldn't just leave the tie as is. Buy this tie if you like the design but be careful with the gift.

We're not rating the packaging it came in. Overall, this is a nice deep, glossy red design that took quite a while to complete. Bought an outfit for Valentine's Day and ended up wearing it to work once a week. I got quite a few compliments on this one! However, after a few months it started to wear out and didn't tie very well. I would suggest knitting it quite loosely once and adjusting the tightness very carefully to hold the shape of the fabric. Haven't worn yet. But there are some big events coming up this weekend and I've wanted this tie for a long time. An eye-catcher for both events, that's exactly what I expected. Might even buy some other colors lol.
