Very disappointing to receive a bottle in such poor condition especially when you expect a quality brand to match the price. It's so wrinkled it wobbles when you put it on.

But the company replaced it with one that works perfectly. No manufacturing process is perfect. If we wanted to get perfect products every time, we would pay A LOT more for a product with perfect quality control. Brand new and works great.

I discovered the Kleen Kanteen a year ago while preparing for a trip to Las Vegas. The wide opening makes it easy to throw ice cubes. I would fill it about 1/2 full with ice and fill it to the brim with water. By the time the ice melted I was ready to refill anyway. I wouldn't take it on a hike (too heavy) but it will definitely be suitable for walking between hotels in 100 degree heat. Love the colors and slim diameter. We're boat club members and kayakers too, so we always ride different boats and one brand, Yeti, doesn't fit most cup holders. I've ALWAYS waited for a bottle like this. The slim cylindrical design fits standard coasters, it's easy to hold, has a large capacity (20 ounces), and best of all, it has a locking lid that I DON'T NEED TO REMOVE to drink, plus a wrist strap and smooth lip for when I'm really decide thirsty without a lid (but why would I try so hard to unscrew and unscrew it!). This thing is a beast. Holds ice fantastically for my 20oz KK TKWide on hot summer days. I no longer have to lug my Yeti fridge in the trunk. I just fill a Klean Kanteen 64 oz to the top with ice and I have enough ice for the whole day. I leave it in the car in the hot summer sun and still have ice at the end of the day.
