I am a dental hygienist and use this product personally. I wear night protection and use Clinite. It is a very effective product and at a very affordable price.

My dentist recommended this to clean my mouthguard and said he uses it himself. It foams well and I'm sure it's cleaner than it was . However, mine is really old and already covered in stains and discoloration. It will likely work better on a newer or newer device. And over time it can work better. I've only been using it for about a week.

Ideal for cleaning day and night shields when I use it daily. I've found that if it's been more than a day I have to brush it with some solution and an old toothbrush before leaving it on because clots of saliva don't seem to be absorbed as easily. Also, word of wisdom, do not bring the powder near your face as it is extremely uncomfortable to inhale! This is definitely user error, not the fault of the product :D
