Good to use, but buy it at Walmart, it's cheaper there.

This item itself is very handy for packing furniture or holding drawers in plastic cabinets when moving house. However, Walmart is cheaper.

Pros
  • A roll of stretch film with a patented tension control knob (US Patent No. 8,616,490). The easiest way to stick stretch film.
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

A good product to keep on hand

We bought a roll of Klear Guard after running out of rolls from another brand. We found many uses for stretch wrap and ended up buying two more rolls of Klear Guard to use around the house. The only downside I see is that the reel is right handed and I'm left handed so the grip doesn't work as well for me as it does for my right handed husband.

ideal for packaging materials

Not as good quality as others I've used. The cocking knob barely works unless you put your finger the other way, which defeats the purpose and sometimes gets stuck and you have to fiddle a little to get it spinning again. In addition, he shot together several times. Suitable for a small home move but I don't think it would be suitable for industrial or commercial use.
