The keyboard and some letters and all the numbers didn't work for me. The back of the keyboard was broken. They send out a new one on June 6th. I NEVER received it. I got it as a gift in December 2020 and have had no problems so far. I like the RGB function and the keystrokes are very responsive and not too loud. I work for hours on each charge, and keeping the USB-C charging cable nearby is enough so I don't have to go anywhere while charging. That.
