I don't know why but most facial tissues burn my face and eyes. I've tried Burt's Bees, the Plain brand, the house brand Sephora, and a few other brands from the Nordstrom rack and all. burns my skin. I was hesitant to try them, but after receiving a free sample of the liquid makeup remover through the Kloranes website, I was hooked. The remover is very gentle and removes eye make-up very well, so I will never buy another brand again. These wipes are just as good, which is why I recommend them…

The wipes are soft and leave no marks on the skin after use. I use them to take my eyeliner off and they work great because they don't bother my eyes. However, they are not very effective at removing shadows, especially when using a primer. I have to press very hard and go through multiple times to get half.

Yes, it has a nice, subtle scent, but it won't remove eye make-up. I don't mind expensive if it works. I'm not talking about anything exotic - just the usual liquid or pencil eyeliner and mascara. After rubbing it (not good for your skin), I gave up and pulled out my trusty Almay eye makeup remover pads. I don't think Cloran removed my foundation. I had to go back and remove it with a gentle facial cleanser to feel clean. Disappointing.

I was looking for make-up remover wipes that don't burn. I tried them because I like other products from this brand and read several reviews that said they didn't sting my eyes. It wasn't as harsh as some of the other wipes I've used in the past, but unfortunately they still stung my eyes. It wasn't worth the price to me.

My daughter uses this product because she has had reactions to others and is very happy with this remover. However, she finds the dispenser very annoying because it seems impossible to take out just one tissue at a time - when she tries to get one out, four more come along and have to be stuffed back into the pack.
