🚰 Kohler 1013839-CP Part: Sleek Polished Chrome Accessory for Plumbing Needs Review

It was the correct part for my faucet but the o-ring on the hose and washer were missing from the packaging. Check the packaging carefully to ensure all parts are included before opening. Make sure it's the meat shown in the picture.

This hose looks exactly like the original but the end where the nozzle bolts has been changed. There is another part where the washing machine and the screen were in the old one. The new part protrudes too far and does not allow the spray head to be screwed in all the way.

Not really required but nice to know that all finishes of this faucet are the same part, although marked chrome, the hose is the same for brushed nickel, shiny stainless steel etc. Decided to keep it just in case we ever need it as this faucet hasn't proven to be the best in terms of carefree functionality, especially at a high price point. .

Ordered once, came without a washer. I called Koehler. Cannot send just part and need to resend the whole hose installation. It takes 7-10 business days. Ordered another through Revain and it came back without a washer. Unable to install and now have to wait 2 weeks for a working kitchen faucet. Kohler has great products, but someone sleeps at work!

I bought this product hoping it would work with my kitchen faucet. I have Winnata k-690 BN or K-691 BN, not sure. The hose I replaced had a quick disconnect on one end. Its length was 48 inches. After a long search I found this replacement hose. I was told it is 39" long and will only fit a chrome faucet. Both are wrong.
