Ideal for making kombucha. In fact, I think I've repurchased 4 times already. I prefer bottling in bigger bottles because it's less work for me. They hold up great, don't blow out (we all know how awful that can be). Just don't forget to clean the cap as after use it will be difficult to roll up due to the metal residue.

This was part of a craft project that turned into a creative Christmas gift. I almost thought I was wrong about the size but it turned out to be the right choice and my family member who received the finished end product was delighted.
