Very helpful tool and great value especially with current IT crunch times

I like that you can see all of your users in one place without having to go through different dashboards/tools for each user type or department within an organization (i'm not sure if this was available when we used it). It's definitely more expensive than other options out there but worth every penny! There isn't much at first glance so make certain they have enough resources before signing up since their support team will be able answer any questions about how things work as well help set…

Pros
  • The ability with visualizing data, seeing metrics instantly compared against previous months is excellent
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
