Great Customer Service and Communication

The ability for me as an owner/operator, not just employee, but also customer service representative (CSR), I can access my data from anywhere in the world with ease. It's very easy to navigate through it when you are new at using this software. There isn't much that I dislike about Kronnica. They have been great partners so far! We've had some minor issues here or there which they addressed immediately after we brought them up. Nothing major though. A few days ago one of their CSRs was out…

Most promising tool to digitize and track your business process flows

The best thing about krononka rpa was that it helped us automate some processes in which we used paper documents for almost all tasks, now with its integration into cloud this has been made easier than ever before!
