I haven't had a chance to use this with my mining rig. I still collect rigs. It's not the easiest thing to build. The body/frame needs to be redesigned into something better. will i use it Yes I agree. Functions? I do not know yet.

Bought as a second monitor for streaming. Works, but only if the image is bright. Even in a dark room, it's too dark and there's no way to adjust the backlight brightness. The refresh rate is good, as is the resolution. I didn't use the touch function. For $50 I might want more, but don't expect it.

It was a bit difficult to assemble the screen case, but I managed it! The touch screen is responsive, doesn't slow down and isn't buggy! Perfect fit for my Raspberry Pi.

My recently purchased Raspberry Pi 4 cannot be recognized as a touchscreen. The online manuals could not find the error. Also, the cable that came with it was shorted and only provided power when you put it in the right position. Will return. I would suggest another source, my fault is for following the quick deal.

First, I like the black case that comes with it. It makes my computer case monitor screen look more professional. I had no problem fitting this screen into my computer case. The screen quality is as expected. It has a backlight switch and a separate micro-USB port for the touchscreen.

The first screen I got was not working and was DOA upon arrival. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement which was used and worked for about two days. Then I sent it back to Amazon for a replacement and same problem again. I gave 3 stars because the company is very easy to contact, but I just didn't have the patience to constantly deal with faulty screens and sending back old parts and new parts that didn't work.

The product comes unassembled in a cardboard frame that requires assembly. Drivers, software and instructions are not good. Spend €10 more and get a better product. I regret this purchase.

It's pretty small for a touchscreen, but it looks great! However, there should have been instructions on how to install and remove the protective covering to reveal the blank black sheet this screen is referring to.

False advertising. Got a brown cardboard cutout, not black. The material is NOT acrylic. was not colored. Terrible and misleading, send me a new one asap!

It was easy to build, but it only works randomly. Basically, it doesn't turn on, but when it turns on, it's rare. It won't work on pi. And now it turns off when receiving an HDMI signal. It's frustrating. I contacted the company because I didn't build it the day I received it because I have a life and the return window had expired.

.but the lack of sound might be a problem for you. A bit clunky when everything is plugged in, but good for plugging in your Pi until you can't let go of your head.

Got this to upgrade my "Micro-PC" RPi from a much older but very similar 800x480. First, many 1024x600 displays of this type and size actually have an internal resolution of 800x480. To be honest I don't know how they can advertise in 1024x600 when they have 840x480 but they do it anyway and get away with it. This is a great screen, especially for the Raspberry Pi. Touch is very responsive and picture quality is quite good. The cutouts in the stand could have matched the components better, but overall they work quite well.
