had to tear open the sterile packaging to get the device out of the box otherwise i am very satisfied with the device. I dropped a few on the floor and the bubble wrap protected them. The crib is worth the money I spent.

The set arrived on time with no broken parts like many other reviews. All figures have been wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packaged. Unfortunately there is no way to hang the angel like in the picture because it doesn't have a hole as mentioned in the questions. However, I can find a way to do this myself. Overall I am very happy with this set.

The set itself is good but Joseph came without a head and the donkey had no ear. It has already arrived later than stated, so returning it before Christmas is a bad option. Plus, it's a huge mess, so repackaging is a real pain. I may try to glue it together but I am very disappointed in this expensive set. I can't find the dog-ear to try and fix it. Generally a disappointment.

We liked everything about the children's room. The artistry was incomparable in my opinion. I can't tell you how much more meaningful this day has become. All our children, grandchildren and guests were simply amazed by its beauty. The scene in the manger was rough but beautiful. The figures were beautifully sculpted and painted. I look forward to showing it again next Christmas.

I recently bought this for my wife as she wanted her first Christmas set. Looked great in the photos and at a reduced price didn't think it was bad. Received today and must say very disappointed. Crazy with the amount of staples you see compared to using smaller nails with some sort of wood glue for support, the figures look nice, the basic overall look looks like it was put together by a seventh year in class which I did have done. Don't expect anything from a company with years of experience.

I don't find this set overly impressive for the money. It came in (3) boxes, made of hard foam that crumbles when moved, the angel will not stick to the crib, some figures do not fit well. I'm thinking of returning it. The crib had to be placed in a plastic bag before being wrapped in this type of styrofoam. When I tried to remove the styrofoam from the crib, small crumbled pieces of styrofoam covered the inside of the crib. Not easy to remove while trying to keep the moss sticky. The whole…
