Great product suitable for luggage rack

My wife is only about 120# so she is not very tall but when I tried to use my extra backrest she was cramped as this product doesn't even fit in the very rear position allows me to use my back brace and we are both happy.

Very helpful and well designed.

My advice, don't waste time on solutions that have a few fixed positions to set (including a similar model from Kuryakyn). If you need to adjust the position of the travel pack and spend a coin on it then get this one so you can really set it where you want/need it. Installation is not difficult, but took some time. The quality here is very good. If the price tag doesn't bother you, then the product itself shouldn't disappoint.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Obsolete model

A must for those over 200 pounds

Gave me 3+ inches more room for the "boys". I drove 2, the passenger pushed me forward and crushed things in the wrong places. This completely solved the problem, and the passenger got more space. It's also a must if your scooter has speakers in the touring package for the comfort of your passengers. It also looks great, you only notice it when you look under the backpack. Easy to install, it took me about an hour with no rush to scratch or pull anything.

Must be! in parts

After an hour of riding and almost two hours of driving, my wife complained that the position of her knee and ankle was uncomfortable (due to repeated use and a few injuries). We should have stopped. I did this to give her more room to sit, bring her legs closer together and change the angle of her knee and ankle. And what difference does it make to them. Even if it's only a few centimetres. That changes the world! "THAT SHE SAID!" LOL And got a pillow insert. no matter how convenient!

  • Inspires Confidence
Cons
  • Concise Manual

Amazing comfort modification for your passengers!

I installed this on my 2013 Ultra Limited (FLHTK). This solves the problem when a passenger does not have enough space on long journeys. Harley leaves very little space for passengers to feel comfortable on long journeys, even for children. I've considered getting a fixed travel mount for less, but this gives me the option of moving it forward when the kids are driving, or backwards for the wife. The mount fits and works great. Kuryakin really produces excellent quality products. Installation…

Difficult to slide and adjust, but still doable.

Very good quality. Difficult to slide and adjust, but still doable. You have to push/pull properly for it to slide. It is firmly fixed in all positions and does not move. The sliding bracket has stops on the back so it doesn't slide off completely and damage the wiring if you forget to lock the levers. You can't lose your travel backpack if you don't lock it. Quick and easy installation. Looks good on a bike. Chrome plated and doesn't elevate the touring package too much compared to the stock…

  • Definitely bad product

Great addition to my bike! Should have been my first addition -

I've read in some reviews that the relocator slid back and forth hard. With that in mind I lubricated the rails and hand tightened all the hardware to ensure the plates were finally set before tightening the bar. Can be pushed back and forth with ease. No problem. For those having assembly issues, loosen the plates attached to the tourpack and make small adjustments. This should do the trick. This gives the passengers significantly more space. 3 inches doesn't sound like much, but on a bike and
