received the package and thought everything should be fine in the package. looked it up, apparently they ran out of the 'O' and 'B' so the balloons saying 'oh baby' say 'ch 3a3d' instead. and learn to write correctly. So annoyed! just skip them.

All bottles broke when filled with helium. Completely ruined my baby shower one night before I had to buy balloons again. The "Oh Baby" balloons actually had a C instead of a B?!?! I was shocked. I tried to fill them up but they exploded anyway. Do not buy this product!

I ordered this baby shower kit. It features heart shaped mylar balloons which I needed for the baby shower theme. When I opened the package I found two mylars stars so it's not what I need or wanted or even ordered. It's too late for me to send this set back as there is a rain shower on Saturday and I need the rest of the set. Unsatisfied!

I love the color and design but 4 balloons have a hole. Unfortunately, the hole "heart-shaped" and "H" was bad and sad. I returned the balloons with a hole and asked for a partial refund but they gave us a full refund. This product is difficult to prepare because you cannot check the quality beforehand. When you discover the problem it's too late and you have to go to the party town to buy balloons.

I used this for a baby shower and planned to put "oh baby" in the area where I need it to "fly". Well, about half the letters flew. Hearts and latex balloons flew normally. However, some of the letters were too heavy and couldn't hold enough helium to make them fly.
