Works great

The embossing folder works as intended and the design appears on it as expected. I've used this on 120lb and 100lb paper with no problems.

Pros
  • - Ideal for card making, scrapbooking and other paper crafts
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

Ideal for card making

Embossing templates make card making a lot easier. This is a great folder with a nice design, makes a good impression and adds a bit of elegance to my postcards.

Pros
  • - Template fits standard embossing machines, easy to use
Cons
  • Available in white only

Dry Stamp Bug

I used the hand dry stamp technique by rubbing the front and back of the folder with something hard (like an old sturdy ice cream scoop) but got nothing. Then I got tired of using the rolling pin and got a very weak impression. Then I tried the rolling pin rubbing technique again and saw a slight improvement. Worst of all, the ink from the folder had rubbed off both the rolling pin and the tabletop. It took a bit of washing but I was able to get it out. I have other embossing folders that work…

Pros
  • - Material: Plastic
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
