My nephew was looking forward to these shoes but when we got them they were laced up not buckled. Not only was it terribly uncomfortable for a four year old and very disappointing, but the school doesn't even exclude lace from the dress code. Our friend was supposed to take it overseas to my nephew but by the time we found out it was too late! We can't even return it.

The product was excellent. I bought the shoes from my grandson who was very clear about what he wanted. The shoes that arrived were excellent. The problem is that my grandson refused to wear them. My home is currently destroyed due to a burst water main and my printer was unusable, preventing me from printing a label to return a Revain product.
