Ladies Casio Baby G Rose Tone MSGS200G 1A Review

I'm a Casio fan and have two favorite G-Shock watches, but I was looking for something smaller, thinner and at the same time very robust. It was a pleasant surprise to find this Casio model. Great design, beautiful, super feminine but at the same time quite durable. I highly recommend it.

Not only beautiful, but also light. I would have preferred the light to come on a bit more and it took me a while to figure out how to set it up, thank goodness for the instructions. I rarely go outside so I leave the watch in the light at night to keep it active. Regardless, I am very happy with this purchase.

I really liked the watch. However, if you don't wear your watch infrequently, solar power may not be the right choice for you. After reading the manual I didn't realize that the watch should be left exposed to light most of the time and that long sleeve shirts should not be worn so unfortunately I had to return the watch. I'm retired and don't go out much, so just a battery powered watch will do.

So the watch itself is good. I like it. However, I feel this watch is made for a child or someone with very thin wrists. I'm not overweight and my wrists are average sized, but I had to close the watch on the LAST notch of the strap. For some reason, one side of the watch strap is half the size of the other. It makes no sense. If I get another watch, I probably won't wear it anymore. If you have large wrists it probably won't fit at all.

Beautiful watch. Bought for my wife and she liked it. My sister saw it and wanted it too. If you know nothing about watches, do yourself a favor and don't buy fancy watches, it comes as a shock, so this is a reliable watch that will last you a lifetime. You can use this watch anywhere, you can even go diving with it if you want. If you want to buy a rose gold watch that will stand up to abuse then this is the one for you. The combination of black rubber with rose gold color looks amazing.

Is this a real adult watch? I specifically examined the Baby G watch to make sure it was not intended for a child. I came to the conclusion that this line is for women and this is just a name. Except that the watch is literally too small to fit my wife's tiny wrists. She's on the penultimate rung, and frankly, it seems sketchy that she couldn't be a better fit. I love this watch! It is so sweet. I was worried it would be too big and awkward on my small wrist and that's ok! The watch is not small but looks good. I even slept in it. The backlight is nice and the hands glow in the dark. My only gripe and one star is that it doesn't have a seconds hand, but you can set up a small LCD window to show the seconds.
