I originally gave this product 2 stars because the strap broke within 2 weeks of using it. However, not only did they return my money, they also gave me a brand new bag with improved straps to keep them from tearing. This is what the customer experience looks like. I highly recommend this product. It's well made, beautiful, smooth and strong. My laptop fits snugly and securely in this bag along with my personal belongings which are normally kept in suitcases.
