Good glass, nice quality, a bit slippery

First I would like to start with how good the product is. The overall quality appears to be top notch. The glass itself is homogeneous and easy to clean. They were packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that they are very slippery. On two separate occasions, two different people tried to put them on and they slipped right out of their hands (not down because of the shape, but forward out of their hands). I would just say to be extra…

Beautiful, perfect fit, comfortable to hold, quality control could be better

Love my new mugs! the whole mug to be honest) but that doesn't affect functionality, I just won't be using it with guests. This is also the one that got some water into the double walled space during the wash cycle, but I'm hoping hand washing and time can fix that as it's just a small amount of liquid. I will inform you if the situation worsens. As for the other cups, they are fine and have no problems. I would say that I am basically satisfied. Update: I've been using these mugs for a few…

Relatively cheap, mediocre design

I bought the glasses because I was hoping the coffee would stay hotter longer than my current mug. It's relatively cheap (less than $20) for a set of 4. I tested the double wall glass against my current ceramic mug by filling it with boiling water. The temperature is 145°F (double wall) compared to 139°F (ceramic) after 15 minutes and 134°F compared to 128°F after 24 minutes. So it works - plus or minus the difference in volume of each (more on the cup means more heat capacity) and surface area
