I like that we can share our notes in Slack, which makes it easy to collaborate when working remotely or across time zones! It would be great if there was an option for some sort of "checklist" feature so you could easily see what's been completed/in progress & where things are at risk of falling through the cracks without being able push them into action right away (if they haven't already).
