The nose grip is a great item. You can shape it to fit snugly around the nose. These hands wash well too. I accidentally washed one in the washing machine (I left it in my bag) and it survived.

Once the insert is installed this mask becomes a reliable protector. I love the hardness of the mask and the protection it offers. The only downside is that some masks don't fit as tightly as others. However, this is a good buy.
