The first purchase of toner worked. With the second purchase I will receive the lines in printed form. I cleaned everything and my printer doesn't warn me to replace the drum so I'm guessing the last purchase wasn't very good. I guess I'll have to go back to the Dell toner I bought.

Toner cartridge No problem but when I installed it the printer went into an error state and didn't work. I had to replace the small circuit board from the old pickup with an LD pickup. After that, the printer started to work, but the toner low indicator is still on. Regardless, at the end of the day the print quality is good and the printer works.

Every two or three print pages, out of toner error will be sent, stopping the entire printing process. You have to take it out, shake it and put it back in. This is unacceptable. When printed, the quality is good. This is the first used toner I've tried so maybe I just have a poor quality cartridge. If this error occurs again tomorrow I will send it back.

We recently bought a poor quality toner cartridge on eBay (it smelled awful and didn't last very long). Got this toner and it worked right out of the box. The prints look great and it smells like a normal laser printer again. I hope this high capacity cartridge will give the expected results. If there are problems I will update but so far this cartridge is working great!

Unopened box inside was covered with tuner. After opening this package, tuner powder flowed out of each end of the cartridge. I cleaned the pickup with a brush hoping it was just too much tuner power. But to my surprise, the print quality from the cartridge was very poor: half of the print on the left side of the page was faded. Maybe I just got a lemon. Still I couldn't return it as I didn't need to use/open it before the return date.
