Completely dissatisfied with this gift. This was for my 4 year old son to try and spend some quality science time. All experiments suck a little. Rather "comparative" experiments than "reactive". it means fewer explosions or reactions and more "that's hot, that's cold" - basically not worth $30.

Slightly disappointed with this set for science experiments. The experiments were pretty boring (even our homemade volcano was more interesting than in this set), the glow-in-the-dark powder didn't work (even when left in the sun) and most of the experiments can be found by typing do a google search for it. I think the user manual is very good. I just wish the experiments were a little more unique for the price.

Shipping was quick as expected with Revain Prime orders. I can't exactly confirm the kit itself as it's for a child from the giving tree. But the kit itself has everything you need to conduct experiments. Many of the kits on Amazon require you to use different items from around your home. While for many it might not be a bad thing to just go out and buy them, the children of the donating tree don't come from financially stable homes, so having everything in the set was already a huge benefit…

Not impressed. The experiments are unimpressive and require many items from home. The first experiment was to mix oil and water from your home. Sorry but why am I paying for a product that didn't actually deliver? Some chemicals are included in the kit but can be bought at the store for a much cheaper price (like baking soda). Some of the experiments are variations on volcanic eruptions, but the cheap little volcano that comes with it hardly looks like it's about to erupt. The only positive…
