Disappointing Quality of Women's Fashion

I was not impressed with this evening bag at all. THE leather material is cheap-looking and the stitching is uneven. The gold chain is also poorly made, and it comes off easily .The only good thing about this bag is the size. It fits my phone and key without any issues. But overall, its not worth the price..

Updated Rating: I have updated my rating from a 1 to a 5 because of the company. You will receive a new rating of 5 for customer service. Original Review: Nice bag, but once I put the necessary things in the bag, I had trouble snapping it shut.
