Leather Keychain Tactical Clip Fob Review

Since I bought a car with a push-to-start key fob, I haven't had to take the key out of my pocket nearly as often throughout the day. At first I just used a key ring carabiner which allowed me to clip them to a belt loop and hang them in my bag without falling on the floor and getting uncomfortable on my leg. It worked well, but it looked pretty ghetto and the keys wanted to be turned a lot, causing the carbine to stick out awkwardly. I went to Amazon to find an alternative and was very happy…

Good quality product for what it is. If you really want to clip it to your belt or pocket then this is a worthwhile purchase. High quality clip, high quality leather strap. If you prefer minimalism and don't want to clip it to a belt loop or bag, then I think it's too bulky to comfortably carry in your bag. If you want to attach it to anything, buy this. If you don't want to strap it into something that makes it too bulky, find something else.

I've had this keychain for about a month and unfortunately the paint is already peeling off the rivets that hold the skin together. The clip itself seems to hold up, but I expect it will wear out over time as well. Definitely a bummer! The leather appears to be of good quality, and at least it is. it is a keychain. No big deal.
