Order problems good for me

The purse itself is beautiful and beautifully designed. The leather is a beautiful colour, durable and overall a great wallet. However, the stylus that should have been included wasn't (no other stylus fits in the tiny slot). The item title, description, and packing list indicated that a pen was included. All my attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful. It's hard to trust a company or buy again if you can't reach the seller.
