I am 6'0" tall and weigh 190 lbs. I have long arms and a slim build. I received the XL in the green pattern. It was a bit big and boxy , but after washing it in cold water and drying on low heat and pulling it out while still partially damp, it fit perfectly!I just had to keep an eye on the drying process to make sure it didn't dry out completely or too much is shrinking. The sleeves are now perfect and sit right at the top of the thumb knuckle, right where I like it. The body shrunk just right
