After a few hiccups, a quality watch strap 👍🏼

I like the look of this strap but it does NOT stay on the watch. Every time I bend my wrist or press my hand against something, the band pulls away from the watch under pressure. I really wanted to like it. UPDATE: The company sent me new pins (for free) to attach to my watch strap. They are *much* longer than the original pins and fit well on my watch (Garmin vivoactive 4s). Given the quality of customer service and the fact that the strap is now securely attached to my watch, I give it all…

Falls out with the slightest twist

I like the material of the strap and it's comfortable, but the pins snap immediately if the strap is even slightly twisted. For example, if you type and put your wrists on the table, you hit your body with the bracelet, etc. And the watch falls to the ground. I was lucky that it didn't get scratched trying to put it on as I dropped it a couple of times. It's very frustrating because I like the band's material. ***updated 9/10/""^Still usable, but once when the velcro straps have come loose and are stuck to the attachment strap. The other 4 still keep it closed but are disappointed and hope the same thing doesn't end up happening (in which case it doesn't stay closed for sure).
