So far so good. The setup instructions were a little vague and it took me a while to figure out how to set it up for classroom use, but I guess that's what YouTube is for. I wouldn't give 5 stars for that, but for encountering an issue with screen flickering. It was sent back and immediately replaced.

The computer I bought for my son's elementary school studies and online games is to my surprise of high quality considering the cost is lower than the laptops I use my work. I was looking for an inexpensive second laptop as during COVID the need for virtual school, meetings etc skyrocketed and my family of 4 needed more electronics. I chose this one because it can be used as a pillow. I've only used it as a laptop for the past few months to be honest, but the touchscreen works fine. Everything in the laptop works as advertised. I needed a laptop because someone broke my laptop. Both jobs required a laptop, so I tried to get a laptop for a reasonable price. My previous laptop was the Yoga Thinkpad 2 in 1 which I bought four years ago and loved it so bought it as soon as I found it! I had my eye on a laptop at twice the price, but it wasn't due to arrive until July. I wasn't disappointed when I tried it. As if I never lost my previous laptop. Thank you!

I bought this 2 in 1 as a work and personal computer. It's a bit heavy, doesn't have a backlit keyboard, and should have an offset frame to avoid accidental typing noise. In addition, it is very fast even with multiple tabs and programs open and has a true FHD touchscreen with great colors. The seller is excellent, the delivery is fast and accurate. As a reminder, this is a Flex 14iWL 81sq, NOT a Flex 5. There are so many similar looking and sounding laptops on Revain that it's easy to overlook a few potential sleepers. This computer was purchased to replace an old and slow laptop that was mainly used for email, online shopping and paying bills. My wife added the 2-in-1 option to her wish list for a new one, but we didn't want to spend a lot of money. This ticks all of our boxes, doing everything we asked for our old device and adding tablet functionality. Were happy!
