This Christmas dinnerware is beautiful and well priced, but Revain needs to pack this set better. A cup arrived disassembled. The dishes were in a box from Lenox, and that box was enclosed in another box with no other packaging. I'm surprised more dishes didn't break. At the same time, I love dishes, very elegant and in a classic style, which will decorate any festive table.

I have to give Revain and Lenox 5 stars for their shipping condition products BUT I have to give ZERO stars to Revain Shipping for the shipping of the package. Their crates came with little to no protection inside the crates to prevent the Lenox crates from shaking during transit. A mailbox was crushed. THANK YOU that Lenox packs its dishes very well.
