Terrible product. Doesn't work at all

Bought this item to control my monitor. Connected a hub (HDMI port) to Macbook Pro and nothing happened. I tried two monitors and got the same result. Stay away. Doesn't work at all.

Great product, the best in USB hubs

This product is amazing. It works great with anything you can think of. If you got a new MacBook and don't want to buy all those new accessories, this thing connects everything you already have. I bought this for my grandma and it's so easy she can use it without me.

Ideal for computers with hard cases

The obvious downside to this item is that it has a cord and therefore protrudes a little from the computer when plugged in. has a cable, making it suitable for those of us with hard cases on computers, as direct-connect USB-C ports won't fit. so i love it

Perfect for many needs!

I needed a device with multiple connectivity options for my 2019 MacBook Pro and this was it! No problem with my SD cards, external hard drives, camera or charging my iPhone. The only thing I wish it could be plugged in directly rather than via a cable, but with so many ports this design would obviously be complicated.

Excellent product

I'm not sure how many USB-C hub adapters I've bought for my MacBook Pro that I've ended up returning or throwing in the trash due to poor performance and poor quality. I didn't want to buy this product at first because there were no reviews for it, but I decided to try it and have no regrets. It's very good quality and best of all: IT'S FAST!

Problems are best encountered with computer accessories and peripherals

Item arrived quickly and well packaged. However, I am absolutely dissatisfied with the product. It's exactly what I want in terms of features, well designed, looks great. BUT when I connect HDMI there is no sound coming through the computer AND the USB-C data connection is very unstable! I either send it back or throw it away. I would be willing to try the same product again and see if the next one works as intended.

Amazing product and support

This product is amazing. I have a new Mac Air and it works flawlessly with everything you can think of. I bought this product in January 2021 and it has not been working since the beginning of September. I contacted customer service and they were able to send me a new replacement after troubleshooting. Great product at a great price. Of course there may be other cheaper models, but for the ports/connections I need, this works for me.
