The material is comfortable - smooth and shiny, like a bathing suit, but thicker. My daughter liked the color but it was MUCH smaller than the size of the product. I ordered size XL (12-14) and it barely fit my 9 year old. She's tall for her age, which is why I ordered TWO sizes up. The swimsuit fitted her body perfectly, but was tight under the armpits, according to her. I didn't want to make her uncomfortable so we returned it.

Before buying for my daughter (5 years old) I read the reviews and suggestions and really appreciated my purchase. When it arrived it fit but was still too tight which after a while started bothering her shoulders and only had small red marks from being too tight. I recommend getting 2 sizes bigger. That hasn't stopped her from wearing it as part of her Halloween costume and when her gymnastics resume I'll be buying more of these, just twice as many.

However, the seller did not provide two Leveret swimsuits - one was Leveret and the other was not Leveret. They were different red colors, made of different materials, and had different fits. In general I recommend avoiding this seller as you may not get what you ordered. However, if you are going to risk an order, you
