LG Electronics WCP 300 Wireless Charging Review

Mixed reviews for LG Orb Charger put me off, so I'm glad I found this alternative. Despite having a completely non-sexual shape, this charger is easy to use and doesn't require you to keep your mouth straight to balance your phone on it. It's a little tricky to put the phone in the right spot at first, and my phone only occasionally prompts to let me know it's turned on properly. But of course the battery runs out, and quickly. I am very happy with this charger and I think my phone is too!

It's a bit small (around the circumference of a soda can) and finding the 'best place' to charge my LG G3 takes a little getting used to. It would be nice if the stand was the size of an average smartphone so you don't have to remember to put your phone on the pillow. It's also hard to see the charging indicator, as the phone overlaps the panel so much that it's even harder to find the sweet spot. Charger.

Use it at least 5 months without problems. The LED is a bit too bright when it's next to your bed, but this is easily remedied with a small piece of tape to cover 90% of the LED.
