This pack is specially designed for smaller projects. It is high quality with no "Cut Here" marks. This is specialty paper. Don't buy if you're making big flowers. You will be disappointed and this article is anything but disappointing. Special crepe with 130% stretch. I will forever be a crepe paper snob because that was my starting paper. This is a high quality crepe. I make paper flowers and I often find that some colors just don't go well together. Sometimes I find that even when the colors seem to complement each other, something in the mid-tones makes the combination stand out or clash. All of these colors go beautifully together. The paper is thin enough that you can make your own duplicate if you want to make a "stronger flower" like Iris. (I use a very technical process to attach two pieces together with a glue stick). :)
