Basic but all you need

I'm not very handy around the house but managed to put this together by myself. One small section was bent but easily adjusted. The rubber feet are easily adjustable to help balance.Sending an email begging for a review the day before I even receive the product is a bit annoying. Email received Monday, item received Tuesday at 8pm, put rack together Wednesday afternoon, writing the review Thursday morning though I haven't really had a chance to use it fully. I have it full of jugs but haven't…

Did not take up a lot of space

This was perfect for me It did not take up a lot of space and I didn’t have to worry about my water jugs all over the floor and it was very sturdy and easy to put together I do recommend

Be warned. Quality is inconsistent.

I gave this a 1 star because you can’t depend on quality consistency. Quality checks are not being performed. Products should not leave the warehouse in this condition.A seller relies on ratings for sales, I can’t give this a 5 star. I feel the seller carries the responsibility of ensuring that they’re selling a product that was built to a quality standard. Bought as a gift to my office mates

Bought to help us organize the water bottles at my day-job. It helps keep the bottles off the floor and frees up valuable floor space. It's a little flimsy, and needs to be tightened every so often, but overall for the price I am very happy.

Size of bottles it holds and easy to assemble.

It was easy to put together. Plus was just what I wanted. I would have purchased sooner but wasn't for sure that it would hold 3 gallon bottles it only tells you 5 gallon bottles. ( because in the pictures it looked like the 3 gallon might fall through the opening. ).

Not the sturdiest I've seen

This thing is fine, it puts together fast and easy, and makes good use of space. I'm just not sure if it is as sturdy as others I've had.especially one that holds FIVE heavy bottles. Nothing bad has happened yet, but I'm not 100% sure how it's going to hold up in the long run.

I have a four stars because it’s missing a screw otherwise perfect

It was almost perfect except they shorted me one screw so temporarily I took the Allen key and just put it through there with some tape so it’s stable I either want to get the screw replaced or I need to know the exact specs on it so I can acquire one otherwise will be fine

Directions are backwards

I took pictures and hopefully they load in the correct order. The directions tell you sort of to put A on the bottom, B in the middle and C on the top. Now, they nice thing is each curved piece, that the bottle rests on is the same. I laid the parts on the ground with a sign saying A, B and C. Took me a while to determine which is which because they have no labels. Once I figured that out, I assembled best I could according to the directions. Space Saver: my feedback

I wasn't so sure how sturdy this would be when I opened the box (requires assembly) but I am VERY pleased. This allows me to store the bottles next to the cooler and save space.The only suggestion I have is to store the bottles with the opening pointing up to prevent any leaking.

Exactly as it looks!

This jug holder functions exactly as the pictures show. It looks nice enough to fit in with our living room décor. The holder does not take up much room besides where the jugs sit. Overall, I'd recommend this product.

Excellent product! 💯

I wanted to assure my family (including animals) have good water on hand at all times, not tap water. I purchased this item and a rack to hold extra 5 gal. bottles I fill up at a spring. I am very happy with it! I like that a standard plug is adequate. The hot and cold option both work great!

Good space saver good for me

I like this product as it helps save room in my kitchen with the jugs we have. The instructions could be a little more clearer and I had to get pliers to open up the back sections because I bent them a bit from screwing in the first portion. The instructions made it seem like I was supposed to prior to putting on the top section. However, other than that its held 3- 5gal jugs of water no problem.
