Used it for canyoning with my 60m rope over the weekend. Have thrown it many times and never had a problem getting the rope in. Fits a little oddly if you're carrying it as a backpack, but that's to be expected. I would not recommend this canyoning if there is water as there are no drains.

Cheap, simple. That is what I needed. Handled 150 feet of Singing Rock R44 10.5mm rope very well. Also attached to the end was a Petzl Paw M, a Rock Exotica R44 1.5" block and three RE carabiners. Everything fitted perfectly. There is a small loop at the bottom for tying.

All product documentation states this bag will hold 200 feet of 11mm rope. That's right. But hardly. I can fit a 200' 11mm HTP rope if wound tightly from bottom to top. You can't put anything else in this bag. No small tarpaulin, no binery; Nothing. Don't take this if you plan to use it for PMI Pit Rope.
