I was very impressed with the cartridges when they arrived. They appeared immediately and my printer recognized them immediately and I was able to print again! The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is that the number of prints before I had to put another cartridge back in was slightly behind the OEM cartridges I used. But come on, for half the price I can't complain!

What looked like a good buy turned out to be disappointing. Black ink cartridges only last a short time. Permanently prevents the printer from functioning. "Cartridge error, replace" appears constantly. Remove it from the printer, clean the contacts according to the manufacturer's recommendations, and insert it into the printer. FIX: Now I've just tried putting in one of the color cartridges and that didn't work either - 2/3 didn't work and now I'm goofed at work without ink for a day. This product is ink and I never heard of my first complaint - really disappointed. I don't normally have problems with this brand and my HP OfficeJet 4650, but this time 1 of 2 black inks in my printer didn't work and it was essentially wasted - haven't tried color yet.
