2 uses for the price of 1

They're great, I like them best if you're a plasma cutter and want to look at your marks instead of taking off your goggles to see everything you what you have to do is turn them over and now you have clear glasses. And with both Clear and Shadows Down, you get double eye protection.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Great welding lights

Great welding lights. I use them for oxyfuel welding, they are a #5 shade that rises over clear goggles. It's so nice to have a wide field of view instead of the claustrophobic gaze through a box of old welding goggles. Note: For gas welding only. You don't protect your face from the UV radiation produced by arc welding, you need a suitable hood for that.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Slim

Ideal for use with a flashlight.

I wish I had had these glasses years ago. This means I no longer have to switch tinted and clear goggles when working with an acetylene torch. With complete comfort and protection, you can light, set and use your flashlight, and as soon as you turn it off, lift the dark lens and see clearly what you're doing. Ideal for all types of torch work such as loosening, cutting, bending and soldering. They are NOT dark enough to weld. Use the right welding equipment for these applications.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive
