Relevant if you have a compact laptop

When I had to replace my laptop in the middle of a business trip I didn't think to check if it had or could have a VGA or LAN port work with multiple USB cables at the same time. This adapter was necessary to get the full functionality of my machine. The only downside is that the USB-C cable is about 3 inches long, which limits the space to place the adapter.

Doesn't work in my MacBook Air as advertised

I bought this for my MacBook Air but even though it says it's a USB-C hub it didn't fully connect to my MacBook. I never would have thought why I already threw away the packaging and documentation not to return it. I just give it to someone who can use it.

If you need a USB-C adapter. This is a great option!

This is glass. Like the back of an iPhone X. It works well, replacing the USB-C port used and adding video, USB-A, HDMI and Ethernet. Better than I expected and just what I was looking for in a stylish, efficient option!

Having the right ports is more important than lots of ports

You've got a new Macbook Pro and we all know about the limited number of ports and options that only a Type-C port offers Ports for Dell monitor and gig E port. Looked at many of those with 1 and 12 different ports. What really helped me decide was the looks and the fact that this only had 6 ports, 2 of which were a VGA port and an Ethernet port. It really came down to me reading other reviews about how hot the 10 and 12 port models were and the failure rate. I realized this only has 6 and…

Good product. Highly recommended.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It is very durable. It is also easy to take it with you to different places. Works immediately after installation without any problems. I highly recommend this if you need these connections and have USB-C ports on your computer.
