the stool broke after assembly, half of the screws tightened the threads before tightening. one actually collapsed while my wife's uncle was sitting in it.

I've only been using them for a week but so far so good. My husband struggled to put them together but for the price they are great. They don't look cheap either.

What can I say. These chairs are by far the worst! I bought 4, 3 where everything is fine and the 4th was broken. As you collect them you will realize how cheaply they are made. The metal is soft and god forbid you overtighten the screws. Look for something better.

Received the goods next day after ordering (4) I went to pick up the first one and found the holes are off center and I can't fit the nut and washer, the welds are incomplete and the excess welding wire is not removed. The welded tabs are not straight and the decorative cable is not welded. Some screws were not tightened. Unfortunately I liked the stools but don't waste your time.

Almost a year ago I bought two of these bar stools for my son who lives alone. One of the chairs broke within the first 5 months and the other will soon deteriorate. and also. I would NEVER buy these if I knew what a shitty piece of crap they are and I will NEVER buy them from Acehardware again because they have a stupid return policy and won't give us refunds or exchanges. earned on this RUHO!

Weak and bad quality. I bought 3 of them. One collapsed under me on the first day. I tried to contact the company responsible and was put on voicemail. As soon as I got to voicemail they told me the mailbox was full. I have completed an online request for parts. I needed all four legs and the metal section that the legs attach to. They sent me a new pillow. I was robbed, don't be the next victim.

Junk! I bought 3 after only a few months (I had to keep tightening screws), one broke during a party (140lb kid), I bought a spare so I had the right set again and it was so bad , that I did not have to strain the screws, unscrew them. I drilled through 1/4" holes and replaced the original hardware with 1" x 1/4 nuts and bolts and lock washers like a rock. will do this with my others too 2. Poor design but it makes them more comfortable and durable.

I bought 6 of these chairs and 4 broke in 6 months. The back fell on the 2nd. The other two fell on people during a party I was throwing. At least it's embarrassing. I've gone through the other 2 to avoid more embarrassing situations. All of the people sitting in these chairs were of average weight. I wrote to the OJ Commerce seller and they told me I'm a long way from having a 30 day guarantee so that's bad for you. I would say if you are seriously considering buying these bar stools you will…
