After installing this tablet, I had problems with the Internet. After I removed the barrel sleeve and just pulled the coax cable, everything worked fine. So if you can live with coax going through a square hole instead of screwing it into a connector, fine.

I am updating data in my house to incorporate new technology for 4K Smart TV. I wired an internet connection using Cat6 cabling and replaced the RG59 coax with the RG6 wanting Direct TV for a 4K service. This wall plate worked great and allowed me to run Cat6 cables with each connector already attached. I didn't want to worry about adding connectors to the Cat6 cable.

I had a problem with this item when trying to install it. It failed signal tests, showing one pair not connecting. I found that two of the eight pins were bent. Because of this, it failed the signal tests. I tried to return it. But I had 2 days past the 30 day return window. I was able to gently snap the contacts into place.
