This year my agency changed radios. I used to only use Fox Listen on 3.5mm and it worked for 4 years. With the cup switch, I bought it on 4/24/21 and it worked great. It's October now and I can't hear anything. I removed the earpiece and noticed that it was broken.

I received this item in the mail a few days ago and immediately realized it didn't fit. Although the item's packaging itself said it was 2.5mm, it turned out to be 3.5mm so it wouldn't fit my pork chop mic. As I was sent to Afghanistan I cannot return the goods and have now had to order a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter.

Very disappointed with it. The sound is good but I've only worn it 3 or 4 times to work, under my clothes so it doesn't even come out except in my ear. I can't risk the phone breaking during a shift because of this - that's a serious safety issue to hear. The plastic is totally cracked and cracked. For 35€ the quality should be much better.

I've used countless lavalier mic headphones and this is the best. Comfortable to use all day, the sound quality is excellent. I prefer this built in speaker over the more common Otto type. This element is slimmer and more compact. The only thing I want to change is to make the spiral part even shorter. For example about 3 inches (when used with a microphone on the lapel).
